Role- Customer Service Advisor

Salary- £14.75 p/h Umbrella

Location- Manchester

Contract Length - Temporary position

I am actively working with one of the largest Housing Association's in the Northwest. Due to an increase in work, they are looking to add a customer service advisor to their dynamic team.

The key purpose of this post is to resolve customer enquiries across our current and future communications channel.

Key Duties:

* Communicate with customers for satisfaction and sales
* Provide product support to field teams
* Manage material orders
* Coordinate van stock deliveries
* Handle incoming calls and resolve issues
* Record delivery details accurately
* Prioritize colleague orders
* Ensure delivery effectiveness
* Coordinate colleague holidays/sickness
* Process orders by sending purchase orders
