Are you an organized and safety-driven leader in the demolition sector? We're seeking a CCDO / Demolition Site Manager to take charge of an exciting 5-month MOD Residential Block in Portsmouth

Your Tasks:

* Lead a demolition team, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project timelines.
* Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and equipment for optimal efficiency.
* Develop and implement detailed risk assessments and method statements.
* Produce progress reports, manage budgets, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

* Valid CCDO card (essential)
* Proven experience managing demolition projects, ideally in a similar commercial setting.
* SMSTS Essential
* First Aid qualification
* Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
