About the Role:

Building Careers UK is seeking a qualified painter for sporadic, on-demand work assisting with care home refurbishments. This position involves completing finishing touches and snagging on various sites, often for single-day assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible painter seeking varied, short-term projects.

Key Requirements:

* Formal qualifications in painting and decorating
* Valid CSCS card
* Own tools and reliable transport
* Proven experience in care home environments is a plus

Responsibilities:

* Touching up paintwork after primary work is complete
* Addressing snagging items as identified by the client
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Collaborating with other on-site professionals
