Administrator

St Asaph

North Wales

My client a successful contractor who have schemes across North Wales are looking for a highly motivated and career driven administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wishes to progress within their career and gain knowledge of the construction industry.

The role

You will be based at the head offices based in St. Asaph where you will be working as part as a team but also individually. The role involves many administration duties which also requires you to be a first point of contact for the company therefore you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all areas off the business and highly professional at all times. You must be able to adapt to working in all areas off the business.

Full administration duties such as emails, enquiries, filing, photocopying, inputting and scanning client information. You will also be responsible for the handover of documents and aftercare with the client therefore being confident and professional is essential at all times.

Customer service experience, raising works and liaising with engineers out on the field, some knowledge of PO numbers and accounts would be desirable.

You must be comfortable using Excel, Word, Spreadsheets and invoices.

The successful candidate will have a "can do" and customer focused attitude.

Previous experience working in construction would be ideal.

Salary, remuneration and other benefits:

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Full driving license is desirable but no essential due to location
