Job title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: Cheshire & Crewe regions

Salary: £40k- £42k + competitive package benefits

A privately owned and highly reputable national house builder are currently recruiting for Assistant Site Managers to join their North-West division on a permanent basis. My client are currently recruiting for developments across the Cheshire region.

My client currently have a total of 13 live sites in the North West with a number of sites due to start this financial year. They have a total of 1,100 employees nationally and build approximately 2000 units per year. Their aim is to get to 70% NHBC and 30% LABC this financial year and are always striving to achieve Pride in the Job awards.

They have a great ethos and strong values within their business that is portrayed through every employee and I have personally witnessed this on site with the quality of employees and the build.

My client has a great management structure and are very forward thinking. They value their employees which was demonstrated during the recession when they retained all of their employees whilst recruiting top end talent. In addition, the company has a very low staff turnover.

At present, the company as a whole have an overall 4* rating, however their North West division has maintained 5 stars.

My client is looking for experienced Assistant Site Managers who commit themselves fully to their work. The ideal candidate will be about 12 months away from stepping up to a Site Manager position.

My client offers a market leading salary and so expects you to have a positive attitude to work and be a team player. You must also have a stable employment background within the new build residential sector.
