Job Description
A well-established main contractor who deliver residential new build and refurbishment projects throughout the North West are currently recruiting for 2 Assistant Site Managers with experience of Tenant Liaison to work on High Rise housing refurbishment projects in the Manchester area.Reporting into a Project Manager, the Assistant Site Manager role will include assisting with the management of both direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, liaising with the client and residents, assisting with ordering materials, preparation/assistance with the site progress reports.
Experience required:
* A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience on either low rise or high rise housing refurbishment projects.
* Experience of EWI projects is also desirable
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness.
* Strong management and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate across all levels.
* Some experience of carrying out a Tenant Liaison role
