Contracts Manager

Job Description

A regional design, refurbishment and fit out contractor are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the North West.

They specialise in projects in the industrial, commercial, leisure, retail and public sector industries.

Requirements:

* 5 years Contracts Management experience.
* Substantial experience within the interiors design and build sector. (General construction is always a bonus)
* HNC/HND minimum would be ideal but not mandatory depending on experience.
* CSCS card
* Asbestos Awareness
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Project.
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. (Could range from 5k to 6m)
* Excellent problem solving skills and used to working in a fast paced environment.
* High standard/understanding of typical H&S requirements.
* Good attention to detail.
