Job Description

Our client a medium sized housebuilder require an experienced Customer Care Operative, helping to ensure our Residential projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Working directly for the Customer Care Manager, typical duties will include:

* Overseeing general property snagging, including decoration works
* Visiting occupied properties to rectify any issues
* Working cleanly and dealing courteously with customers
* Some work on live sites as required
* Maintaining good records and paperwork for sign-offs

Requirements of the role:

* Relevant trade background
* General Ops CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* DBS check
* Clean driving licence

We're looking for someone who can start immediately. A van will be provided for visiting site. PASMA/MEWPS training will also be provided
