Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide the commercial management of allocated projects to ensure the successful delivery of quality led and cost effective services, meeting the customer's satisfaction to support the overall objectives of the Group.

Responsibility of compilation of monthly commercial reports for all contracts, developing business updates and year end forecast projections



Main Duties

* To provide leadership and direction to the Commercial Team in order to effectively manage all projects

* To direct, motivate and support commercial team to ensure they have a clear understanding of business performance measures and objectives.
* Set targets for each project and individual within the Commercial team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Prepare commercial reports for progress, cash flow, margin, forecast performance on projects as required for review by the Director.
* Provide contractual advice during the tendering process ensuring tender documentation is followed and understood in line with company targets.
* Continuously review all commercial plans implement ways to improve performance and margins
* Manage and respond to mediation / adjudication claims

* Monitoring and assessment of Sub-Contractor performance and compliance e.g. H&S, quality, code of conduct, audits etc.
