Freelance No2 Site Manager - Lancaster

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance No2 Site Manager for a temporary job based in Lancaster.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Site Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant trades complete in a systematic manner to keep on track.

You will be responsible for overseeing the internal packages

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-



* Reporting to the Project Manager
* Day to day management of internals tradesman
* All aspects of Health & Safety
* Reporting the progress to the Project Manager
* Drive and challenge subcontractors to successful completion
*

Starting ASAP for 4 weeks holiday cover

Hours 45/50 per week

You must have Smsts, First aid and CSCS supervisory or management card - Not a Green card.

The successful candidate must have a strong finishing background working on either high rise residential/student accommodation or hotels.
