Freelance Project Manager - Birmingham

Job Description

Building Careers UK are specialist in Construction & Property recruitment we are currently looking to recruit a Freelance Project Manager for a temporary job based in Birmingham.

As a key member within the organisation your job and role as a Project Manager is vital and in particular you will be organised and methodical, ensuring the relevant client and contractor night works are planned using Asta Project programming.

Total value of build £3million

Your role as the Project Manager will be;

* Plan meetings on site with the client, M&E contractors, Architects etc.
* Using Asta project planning you will organise the on-site works which will be undertaken by the Site Management team on an evening shift.

You must have managed office refurbishment projects from inception to completion and have experience of Asta Projects

Working within live environments is essential

You must have Smsts, First aid, CSCS, Asbestos awareness and scaffold inspection

(If you don't have scaffold awareness my client is happy for you to undertake a course once you have started)

Starting on Tuesday 27th August until December 2019/Jan 2020

Hours 8am to 5.30/6pm Monday to Friday
