Social Housing Maintenance Company recruiting for a highly competent Multi skilled Trades Person based in Penrith.

Our client is a Social Housing Maintenance company based in Penrith. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Multi skilled Trades person . This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* First and 2nd fix joinery

* Working on Void properties

* Tiling, bathrooms and kitchens, first fix and making good.

* Patch plastering

Candidates applying for the role as a multi skilled Trades person must have previous experience and the relevant qualifications. CSCS card is essential. Candidates must be able to provide two verbal references to be considered for this job.

Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
