Job Description
Our client is based in Liverpool and is a well-established, nationally recognised Construction and Fit Out company who operate in most sectors. Throughout their many years of operation, the company has built an enviable reputation for their high levels of build quality and repeat business. Projects are NationwideThey are seeking to appoint a Project Manager with experience in the leisure sector, gymnasiums, sports halls, leisure complexes, cata and catb, values vary from £750k to £1.2M and will run for 8 weeks. Majority of projects are in London
Looking for either freelance or permanent managers
The successful individual will also have strong commercial awareness; coupled with the ability to develop excellent client working relationships and repeat business. Will need SMSTS, CSCS, ASBESTOS AWARENESS, FIRST AID
