Property Manager

Job Description

Our client is a growing SME property business in the heart of Liverpool, with an expanding portfolio of residential properties across Liverpool and the surrounding area. We are looking to recruit an ambitious and engaging property manager to help manage parts of this exciting portfolio.

With a get-up-and-go attitude, and a flair for getting things done, you'll be experienced in managing properties, carrying out the following duties:

* Routine inspections
* Organising repairs and viewings where applicable
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Creating tenancy agreements

You'll be based in the office in Liverpool, and will be comfortable visiting properties as and when required, but will have the ability to manage your own diary. The business will ofer you flexibility in how and when to do your job, which means you can be efficient and also have your career in your own hands.

Experience in a target driven environment would be ideal, as would previous experience of a property manager or similar role.

This position will pay between £18,000 - £20,000 initially, and will offer the usual benefits (holidays and pension) as well as excellent development and career progression opportunities. This is a great time to join this business.
