Senior Estimator - Major Building Contractor

Job Description

This success has been secured through our commitment to Partnership and collaborative working with public and private sector client groups including Local Authorities, Education Bodies, Housing Associations, NHS Trusts and Health Authorities.

For these organisations we undertake Design and Build and Traditional contracts with considerable Partnering Arrangements totalling over £120 million of contract value to date.

They require an Estimator or Senior Estimator to be based out of their head office in Cheshire.

·You will tender for projects from £500k - £25m

·The types of schemes are multiple sector - building only (not maintenance)

·The role would be pricing using Conquest within a team

·There are two three other estimators and a Estimating Manager in the department
