Growing Multi-disciplinary consultancy currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in their Preston office

My client are an extremely ambitious consultancy with an enviable client base. They have grown steadily over the past couple of years and are becoming increasingly inundated with fresh requests from both new and existing clients.

Currently they require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in their Head Office in Preston.

The role will involve:

* Contract Administration
* Employers Agent
* Cost Consultancy Advice
* Preparation of Tender Documentation
* Cost Estimates / Cost Plans
* Schedules of Work
* JCT / NEC Contract work

There is a fantastic opportunity for progression. My client are still on the rise and are projected to increase their headcount in the next two years, as this happens, there will be opportunities for the selected candidate to move through the ranks up to Associate or Director level.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience.

The successful candidate will be looking to sit their APC to become MRICS and will have a range of experience in the Commercial, Residential and Education Industries.
