Job Description
Our client are a long standing family owned medium sized construction group predominantly working throughout the Merseyside/North West area across various sectors including health, education, housing and heritage. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to deliver a small development in Liverpool for a Housing Association, consisting of one 3 storey building with 6 apartments to a high specification with a build programme of 26 weeks. As Site Manager you will be responsible for taking the project from groundwork through to final handover.
Skills required:
·Experience working on smaller scale, new build residential projects
·Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
·Excellent managerial skills
·SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
·Good communication skills, both written and verbal
