Multi-Skilled Plasterer Needed in Manchester

Job Description: As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects. Tasks will range from 1st fixed stud walling to installing kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £20 p/h CIS. 12 - 15 Weeks temp until permanent contract

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in social housing or customer facing roles
* Based within the Manchester Region
* NVQ or Equivalent.
* Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
* Strong communication skills
* Competency in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, and other related maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake various plastering tasks specifically Damp Proofing.
* Carry out basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
* Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
