Joanne Fisher

Jo is a high performing recruiter that is an expert in her sector. She has won several awards at Building Careers for her outstanding performance. Her work ethic and commitment to her candidates, as well as clients, is second to none.

She is a key figure in the business, developing a team around her that gives her the support she needs to continue to develop new partnerships and provide the best service to her loyal clients and candidates.

Jo is based in our Skelmersdale office but you can find her working anywhere across the UK. She has established excellent relationships with many contractors within the civils, fit-out and build sectors. including Tier 1 contractor Graham Construction where she is in charge of the supplying candidates to some of the company’s biggest multi-million pound contracts.

Jo is very passionate about her career at Building Careers where she has been for the past 15 years. She is a centrepiece in the company and our social value champion. A recruiter who wears her heart on her sleeve, some of the best times she experienced with us is giving opportunities to candidates who have found it difficult to get work – until they meet our Jo.

She enjoys spending time with her little family, saying her little boy is the best thing to ever happen to her in life to date.
