Josh became the first consultant through the door as owner Mark Harris targeted a further five experts to bolster the team and meet Building Careers’ increasing client portfolio.

The Liverpool based consultant, who will be working the entire North West in his new capacity, joined the business from We Build, after originally learning his trade at Hays.

Josh is a consultant with a wealth of experience and is someone who has a long history of delivering quality candidates for some of the biggest construction names in the business.

He said: “I’m delighted to be here at Building Careers. It was an easy decision for me to come across after hearing about the plans for the business and its potential to really grow. With 17 years of history and delivery behind it, as well as the companies we work with and the contracts we have, it’s a business that is really going places.

“I share that ambition and I’m enjoying working closely with the team, I know I’ve made the right choice. I feel I’ve made a solid start and I truly believe the future is extremely bright here.”
