Tammy is an industry expert with over 23 years of experience in construction, housing, and property recruitment. She runs the operations within the business and leads company from every aspect.

She has been trained by Hays but has established herself as an expert in her own right, having an in-depth grasp of the recruitment market, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results.

Tammy has excelled both individually and in leading teams across different offices, locations, disciplines, and sectors.

She has extensive experience in coaching and motivating teams to create dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly productive office environments. Currently her main focus is on attracting top-tier talent within the recruitment sector to match business growth.

Outside of recruitment, Tam has become a golf widow to her partner and very talented golfer son. She is a huge supporter of communities and social value. She is governor at a local school in Southport and in 2023 will embark on a mercy mission to Ghana where she will rebuild schools and educate young people as part of our CSR programme.
