* Foster a close working relationship with our Development Engineer on both new and ongoing projects.
* Liaise with Structural Engineers on schemes involving structural elements like culverts, bridges, and highway retaining structures.
* Address queries from Commercial, Sales, and Site teams regarding design elements, ensuring compliance through site visits when necessary.
* Engage with external consultants as needed to support project requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in civil design, preferably within the land and property development sector.
* Proficiency in design software for highways, drainage, and earthworks (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and approval processes (e.g., S278/S38/S104/S185).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits:

* Competitive salary based on experience.
* Car allowance.
