Pre-Development Engineer

We are looking for a Pre-Development Engineer with expertise in residential development to join our clients technical team. This role focuses on site evaluations, design reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance for roads, sewers, and site infrastructure. You'll provide critical technical support to the Land, Commercial, and Technical departments through the land bidding and viability process, coordinate with external consultants, and liaise with statutory bodies to secure approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver due diligence and technical insights during land acquisition phases
* Review engineering designs for cost-effectiveness and constructability
* Coordinate design and tender processes with relevant departments
* Ensure designs meet statutory requirements and company standards
* Support Health, Safety, and Environment Policy adherence
