Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fitout Project Manager to join a leading Contractor in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing fitout projects, specifically for villas. This role requires immediate availability and fluency in Arabic. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of fitout projects for villas from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
* Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
* Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.



Qualifications:

* BSc in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in fitout project management, with a focus on villas.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluent in Arabic.
* Immediate availability.
