Multi-Trade Snagger (New Build Housing)

Location: Wallasey, Wirral, UK

Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Snagger to work on a busy new build housing development in Wallasey. This opportunity is with one of our long-standing clients known for delivering high-quality residential builds across the region.

Role Overview:

The role will involve working on completed new build properties, carrying out snagging and prep work in advance of final finishes. You'll be responsible for ensuring homes are finished to a high standard, ready for handover.

Please note: This is a finishing role only - there will be no bricklaying or plastering involved.

Key Duties:

* Carrying out snagging work across multiple plots
* Preparing surfaces and spaces for painting and decorating
* Basic multi-trade finishing work (e.g. caulking, sealing, fitting trims, minor carpentry tasks)
* Reporting defects and ensuring all work meets quality standards

Requirements:

* CSCS card (valid and in date)
* Solid experience in multi-trade snagging, particularly in new build residential projects
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
* Must have own tools, PPE, and transport
* Immediate availability preferred
