Multi Skilled Builder

Location: Flintshire
Rate: £16.45 p/h CIS
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 37 hours per week
Benefits: Van and fuel card provided

We are currently working with a client who has an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Builder to join their team based in Flintshire. You will be carrying out work across Flintshire and surrounding areas. Please note, some travel further afield may be required depending on contract needs. All travel time will be considered as part of your working hours.

Responsibilities:

* Carrying out a wide range of building tasks including bricklaying, blockwork, concreting, basic joinery, plastering, and general property repairs
* Conducting structural repairs, minor groundworks, and internal and external refurbishments
* Working on a variety of projects including domestic properties, voids, and refurbishments
* Interpreting drawings and plans to carry out works accurately
* Liaising professionally with tenants and clients, always ensuring a high level of customer service
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations



What You Will Need:

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (e.g., Bricklaying, Carpentry, or General Building)
* Proven experience in a Multi Skilled Builder role
* Competence in a range of trades including plastering, tiling, joinery, and general construction
* Experience working within a social housing or property maintenance environment
* Valid UK driving licence
* CSCS card, asbestos awareness, own tools
