Grounds Maintenance Technicians (x4) needed in St Helens

Location: Fleetwood, UK
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Pay: £17.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

We are currently seeking 4x Grounds Maintenance Technicians to join one of our long-standing social housing clients based in Fleetwood. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with a passion for outdoor work and maintaining green spaces.

Role Overview:

As part of the grounds maintenance team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of communal outdoor spaces across a range of social housing properties. You'll be carrying out a variety of tasks to ensure these environments are clean, safe, and well-presented.

Main Duties:

* Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
* Gardening and planting
* Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
* Weeding and basic maintenance tasks

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS Card
* Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor roles
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and work ethic
* Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
