Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Flintshire
Rate: £16.45 p/h CIS
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 37 hours per week
Benefits: Van and fuel card provided

We are working with a client who has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their team based in Flintshire, covering the surrounding areas. Please note, you may occasionally be required to travel further afield depending on contract demands. All travel time will be included in your working hours.

Responsibilities:

* Full house re-plastering and diagnosing/patching small plastering areas
* Identifying and rectifying plaster defects with full pre- and post-work preparation
* Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, taking full account of their needs
* Working from written/verbal instructions, drawings, sketches, and measurements
* Plastering and tiling in bathroom and wet room replacements
* Carrying out additional multi-skilled tasks with a focus on joinery or tiling

What You Will Need:

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification
* Experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer with wet room/disabled adaptation installations
* Previous work within a social housing environment
* Valid UK driving licence
* CSCS card, asbestos awareness certification, and own tools
