Your new role

Our client is seeking an experienced Planner to lead the development and management of tender and project programmes. Working closely with the Pre-Construction, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams, you'll ensure realistic and efficient programmes are developed, maintained, and communicated across all phases of each project.

Key responsibilities:

Develop tender and contract programmes using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject
*

Liaise with estimators, bid managers, and project managers to build robust delivery plans
*

Manage critical path analyses, resource andamp; cost loading, and sequencing
*

Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle and update programmes accordingly
*

Provide input into construction methodologies and sequencing strategies
*

Attend tender interviews, progress meetings, and client presentations as required
*

Support risk identification and programme mitigation strategies
*

Ensure all planning documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with commercial objectives

What you'll need:

*

Proven experience in a Planner role within construction, ideally in fit out or refurbishment
*

Proficiency in Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
*

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology, and commercial impacts
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider pre-construction team
