Your new role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to manage the estimating process for refurbishment and new-build projects up to £5 million. You'll ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects.
*

Reviewing and analyzing plans, specifications, and scope.
*

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
*

Conducting site visits for scope assessments.
*

Preparing and issuing tender documentation.
*

Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
*

Managing relationships with stakeholders.
*

Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
*

Supporting senior management with cost analysis and budgeting.

What you will need to succeed:

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in refurbishment and new-build sectors.
*

Experience with projects up to £5 million.
*

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CostX, Conquest).
*

Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*

Degree or qualification in construction, quantity surveying, or related field (preferred).
