Administrator

Our Client:
We are working on behalf of a reputable and growing construction firm that is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic business with a strong pipeline of exciting projects and a supportive working environment.

The Role:
As a Construction Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational and site teams with administrative tasks. This includes maintaining project documentation, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing compliance records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to project and site teams
* Prepare and manage documents, contracts, and reports
* Track project progress and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
* Manage document control, including Handamp;S files and compliance paperwork
* Support with scheduling, timesheets, and procurement activities
* Assist with invoice processing and cost tracking

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, or similar) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
