Job Title: Site Supervisor - Rainscreen Cladding (Freelance)

Location: York City Centre
Duration: 4-5 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250-£280 per day (DOE)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a 4-5 week contract based in York city centre. The project involves removal and replacement of rainscreen cladding on residential apartment buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site operations related to rainscreen cladding removal and installation
*

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
*

Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with regulations
*

Report daily progress and any issues to the project manager
*

Ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

*

Proven experience with rainscreen cladding systems is absolutely essential
*

Previous experience supervising similar residential refurbishment projects
*

Strong understanding of health andamp; safety practices on construction sites
*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred
*

First Aid and CSCS card desirable

Rate: £250-£280 per day, depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate start available
