Contract Duration: 3 Weeks (Starting 28/07)
Rate: £275 per day

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term refurbishment project at a commercial unit in Colwyn Bay. The project involves making good of an existing unit, ensuring the site is managed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
*

Ensure works are completed according to schedule and specification.
*

Maintain health and safety standards on site.
*

Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams as needed.
*

Monitor progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
*

Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects.
*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
*

Valid CSCS card.
*

First Aid qualification (preferred).
*

Strong organisational and leadership skills.
*

Ability to manage and motivate site teams.
*

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Additional Information:

Immediate start on 28th July.
*

Project duration is 3 weeks.
*

Daily rate: £275
