Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing Domestic Work
Location: Widnes (covering Liverpool and Northwest area)
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Company Van andamp; Fuel Card
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician to join a reputable and growing electrical contractor based in Widnes, specialising in domestic work within the social housing sector. This is a full-time, permanent role with immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties
* Perform EICR inspections, landlord safety checks, and issue certification
* Diagnose and rectify faults in domestic electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance
* Carry out rewires, consumer unit upgrades, lighting installations, and general domestic electrical work
* Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally
* Use company systems to complete job documentation and certification accurately

Requirements:

* BS7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* City andamp; Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing andamp; Inspection (preferred - training can be provided)
* Experience working in social housing/domestic settings is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
