Job Title: Site Manager - Short-Term Contract
Location: Leeds
Start Date: Monday, 4th August
Duration: 2-3 Weeks
Rate: £275 per day

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee a short-term refurbishment project at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre. The scope of works includes the refurbishment of toilets and changing rooms, requiring someone with a strong background in managing interior fit-out or refurbishment projects within commercial or retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the site and subcontractors
*

Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification
*

Coordinate deliveries and site access through the loading bay
*

Liaise with client representatives and centre management as required
*

Maintain site records, including daily reports and Handamp;S documentation
*

Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar refurbishment projects
*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)
*

First Aid at Work (preferred)
*

CSCS card (required)
*

Strong communication and organisational skills
*

Ability to manage trades and work to a fast-paced schedule
