Site Manager

A respected and long-established contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment works within the social housing sector. The company has a strong pipeline of projects across the region, with a reputation for quality, collaboration, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
* Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of Health andamp; Safety and conduct regular site inspections.
* Coordinate with residents, client representatives, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate site records, reports, and progress updates are maintained.
* Support the Contracts Manager in driving project success.

Requirements

* Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned maintenance projects within the Social Housing sector.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
