Job Title: Site Manager - Office Fit Out (Mandamp;E Focus)
Location: Birmingham, UK
Start Date: 11th August 2025
Duration: 20 Weeks
Rate: £275 per day

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-spec office fit out in Birmingham. The project features a technically demanding Mechanical andamp; Electrical (Mandamp;E) installation, so a strong background in Mandamp;E is essential.

This is a 20-week programme, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring site operations run smoothly, safely, and in line with quality and programme expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management, coordination, and supervision of all trades and contractors
*

Attend and contribute to project meetings, driving progress and identifying issues early
*

Maintain Handamp;S standards across site, carrying out regular checks and toolbox talks
*

Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and snag-free
*

Liaise with the project manager, design team, and client as required
*

Monitor site programme and assist in keeping the project on track
*

Coordinate material deliveries and manage site logistics

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing Cat A/Cat B commercial office fit outs
*

Strong technical knowledge of Mandamp;E systems, able to question and challenge installations
*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
*

Strong organisational and communication skills
*

Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specs
*

Track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard
