Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a CAT B commercial fit-out project at a prestigious location in central Manchester. The role is set to start on Friday, 8th August, with the duration to be confirmed based on project progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors and trades
*

Ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards
*

Enforcing site health andamp; safety compliance in line with CDM regulations
*

Liaising with project managers, clients, and consultants
*

Managing site documentation, inductions, and daily reports
*

Monitoring deliveries and materials
*

Reporting progress and issues to the project team

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing CAT B fit-out projects
*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*

First Aid Certification
*

CSCS card
*

Strong communication and organisational skills
*

Ability to work independently and lead on-site operations
