Multi Skilled Worker

Location: In and around Bradford
Contract Length: 4 years
Rate: £22 - £23 p/h CIS
Start: Immediate

We are currently looking for a few experienced Multi Skilled Tradespeople to work on a long-term contract delivering standard bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing properties across Bradford.

Key Requirements:

* Proven multi-skilled experience: mainly plumbing, plus low-level joinery and plaster patching
* Experience fitting plastic shower panels
* Must have own van and tools - please note: no fuel card provided
* All materials, fittings, and waste removal arranged and provided
* Work involves occupied properties - professionalism and good communication essential

What You Will Need:

* Experience working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
* Ability to carry out multi-skill trades, with core expertise in joinery or plumbing.
* Experience working within a social housing environment
* Valid UK driving licence
* Must have Own van and Tools
