Job Opportunity: Painter andamp; Decorator - Bradford (Long-Term Contract)

Location: In and around Bradford
Contract Length: Ongoing Work
Rate: £20 - £21 CIS per hour
Start: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Painter andamp; Decorator to join our team working on a long-term programme of bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing properties across the Bradford area.

Role Details:

Internal painting and finishing work as part of bathroom refits
*

Working in occupied homes - attention to detail and cleanliness required
*

All materials provided
*

Work is ongoing and consistent

Requirements:

*

Proven painting and decorating experience (ideally within social housing)
*

Own van and tools (no fuel card provided)
*

Social housing experience is essential
*

Full UK Driving Licence
*

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
