About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone keen to transition into restructuring and recovery work - advising on distressed assets, secured lending situations, and insolvency matters. You'll work closely with lenders, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients, delivering advice that directly influences strategic decisions on property-backed exposures.

You'll be involved in:

Advising on property strategy within restructuring and recovery scenarios

Undertaking valuations, risk analysis, and asset repositioning assessments

Supporting insolvency professionals with technical property input

Preparing clear, evidence-based reports for lenders and stakeholders

Working across a wide range of commercial and mixed-use assets

Ideal Candidate

MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor
*

Background in asset management, commercial valuation, or agency
*

Keen interest in restructuring, recovery, and complex advisory
*

Strong commercial acumen and professional credibility

Comfortable working directly with senior-level clients and advisors
