They are now seeking a SHEQ / Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team - someone who can lead by example, drive compliance, and embed a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across operations.

The Role
As the SHEQ / QA Manager, you will be the driving force behind the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality management systems. You will oversee, develop, and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, client expectations, and uncompromising internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of SHEQ policies and procedures.
*

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other relevant accreditations.
*

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, providing clear feedback and action plans.
*

Investigate incidents and non-conformances, ensuring lessons learned are embedded in future practices.
*

Deliver engaging training sessions and toolbox talks to promote a positive safety culture.
*

Work closely with project teams to ensure quality assurance is integrated at every stage.
*

Produce accurate and timely SHEQ reports for management and clients.

About You:

*

Proven experience in a SHEQ, Quality, or HSEQ management role (construction or related industries preferred).
*

Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems and health andamp; safety legislation.
*

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
*

NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) is essential; Lead Auditor qualifications desirable.
*

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving high standards.
