We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Snagger to join a busy new build housing development across Cheshire and Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of our long-standing clients, renowned for delivering high-quality residential projects across the region.



Role Overview
You will be working on recently completed new build properties, carrying out snagging and preparation work ahead of final finishes. Your role is crucial in ensuring each home meets the highest standards, ready for client handover.



Key Duties

*

Carrying out snagging works across multiple plots
*

Preparing surfaces and areas for painting and decorating
*

Undertaking basic multi-trade finishing tasks (caulking, sealing, fitting trims, minor carpentry work)
*

Reporting defects and ensuring all work meets agreed quality standards



Requirements

*

Valid, in-date CSCS card
*

Proven experience in multi-trade snagging within new build residential projects
*

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
*

Own tools, PPE, and reliable transport
*

Immediate availability preferred
