Job Title: Site Foreman - Hotel Project (Newcastle Quayside)
Location: Newcastle Quayside
Duration: 1 Week (Temporary)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a hotel project based on Newcastle Quayside. This is a short-term position, lasting for one week, providing key site management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities, ensuring health andamp; safety compliance at all times
*

Coordinate and oversee trades and subcontractors on site
*

Monitor progress and report back to management
*

Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping
*

Ensure work is carried out in line with project specifications and timescales

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Site Foreman, ideally on hotel or commercial projects
*

Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
*

CSCS card (essential)
*

Strong leadership and communication skills
*

Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure Handamp;S standards are met

Rate: Competitive, paid weekly

Start Date: Immediate
