Assistant Site Manager needed in Edgehill Liverpool

Working alongside one of my key clients, I'm looking to help recruit an Assistant Site Manager, in Liverpool


My client are a housing contractor, known andamp; respected for delivering housing andamp; apartments to the affordable market in andamp; around Greater Manchester and the wider North West, for Housing Associations, Registered Providers andamp; Councils alike.

My client are keen to move quickly on this andamp; secure the right individual early, to get them on site andamp; working closely with the Site Manager.

It is 89 apartments over 4 blocks so apartment and social housing experience. Predominantly internal finishes to focus on, snagging, liaising with Clerk of works etc. Good to have some externals knowledge as well, hard landscaping, services etc.

This is a temporary job for approx 3 months starting Monday 22nd September but this could be longterm for the right person.

Paying a day rate CIS 225 per day
