About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works. This role will involve supervising a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day electrical operations across the site, including planned and reactive maintenance.
* Lead and support a team of electricians, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Carry out inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
* Plan and allocate workloads, ensuring resources are used effectively to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspection records, and compliance reports.
* Liaise with management, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of electrical services.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electrical systems.

Qualifications andamp; Experience

* Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
* Inspection andamp; Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the electrical field.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
