M&E Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading name in the construction sector, delivering innovative and sustainable Mandamp;E solutions across a wide range of projects. They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence.

They are now looking for an experienced Mandamp;E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with regular visits to their head office in North Wales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commercial aspects of Mandamp;E projects from procurement through to final account
*

Prepare and oversee budgets, cost plans, valuations, and forecasts
*

Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts, accounts, and payments
*

Assess variations, claims, and change control processes
*

Provide detailed commercial reporting to senior management
*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within Mandamp;E (mechanical andamp; electrical)
*

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*

Proficiency with relevant software (e.g. Excel, estimating tools)
