Quantity Surveyor

Our client a well-established scaffolding company are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional with experience in construction or access solutions to play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts
*

Managing contracts, variations, and project budgets
*

Negotiating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
*

Ensuring projects remain commercially viable and profitable
*

Producing regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management
*

Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice and guidance

About You:

*

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in scaffolding, access solutions, or construction
*

Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial management
*

Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*

Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent) preferred
