Estimator

Our client, a leading scaffolding company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with scaffolding or estimating experience to contribute to the success of a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for scaffolding projects
*

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
*

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information
*

Supporting project teams with budgets, cost planning, and tenders
*

Ensuring estimates are commercially viable and aligned with project requirements
*

Assisting with bid submissions and client presentations when required

Candidate Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator in scaffolding, access solutions, or construction
*

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, labour, and material costs
*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
*

Detail-oriented with a proactive and team-focused approach
