Job Title: Contracts Supervisor - Industrial Roofing andamp; Cladding
Location: Along the M62 Corridor (Manchester, Huddersfield, Leeds area)
Salary: £45,000 + Company Van + Holiday Benefits + IT Equipment
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About Us

We are a well-established and growing industrial roofing and cladding contractor with a turnover of £7m, delivering projects across the North West. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, we are now looking to strengthen our team with experienced Contracts Supervisors.

The Role

As a Contracts Supervisor, you will oversee 2-4 active sites across the region, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll be managing subcontractors and labour teams, liaising with clients, and stepping in hands-on when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
*

Manage subcontractors and site labour teams effectively.
*

Ensure works are delivered in line with health andamp; safety regulations.
*

Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
*

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance on each project.
*

Provide leadership on-site, with the ability to be hands-on when required.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and proactive supervisor with strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow with the company.

Essential:

*

Proven experience in industrial roofing and cladding.
*

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
*

Strong site management and organisational skills.
*

Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
*

Full UK driving licence (company van provided).

Desirable:

*

Experience working with growing SMEs.
*

First Aid certification.
*

SMSTS (advantageous, not essential).
